I am Cata Da Silva, chef and passionate pastry chef. I have had the incredible opportunity to travel and work in more than 12 countries around the world, absorbing the rich culinary traditions of each place.

These experiences have allowed me to perfect my art and develop a deep love for baking, combining international techniques and flavors with a personal touch.
